Refund and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
  

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.

Returns
 
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, Notify us within 2 days of receipt of order via email on bharatshipp@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. 
 
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
 
Cancellation
 
You can cancel the order anytime before it gets dispatched. Once you request for cancellation of your order, it will take 1-2 business days for the cancellation to reflect in our systems. The same will be notified to you by email. We will refund the entire amount within 7-10 working days.

Once your account is cancelled all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.

The purchaser/customer is a registered business user/entity, and not the end customer. The purchaser/customer holds a valid tax registration, trade license or permit/license for undertaking retail trade.

The sale of packaging material shall be considered as a B2B (business to business) sale/transaction, and not a B2C (business to consumer) sale/transaction.
